Heard a few bad bad things about this tablet and I have an iPad and a full size android tablet so WHY did I but this tablet I hear you scream at me with staring eyes! I haven't tried the camera as I take all photos on my smartphone. I had a Samsung tablet in the past and to be honest there isn't anything that the Amazon tablet can't do in comparison. I invested in a Jtech cover for it at £10.00 so that the flip cover will allow the tablet to stand. My Samsung smartphone was playing up by overheating so I decided to get a tablet as a backup and even if this only lasts a year it would be worth the money at £35.00 but I'm careful with my technical devices so I feel it will last a lot longer. It's a sturdy bit of kit, loads apps quickly and holds a charge for quite awhile, depending on use of course. I have added Kindle, BBC player, You Tube, ITV player, Facebook, Ebay & Gmail. There are lots of apps on it that I don't use. It takes about 15 minutes so don't be put off by the fact that you can't initially download it. The only downside is that it doesn't have google play but another member of the community was able to tell me how to add it to the tablet. I read plenty of reviews and have to say that so far its proven its worth. Got it in the sales at £35.00 and figured it was worth the risk. I've had this little beauty for a few months now.
